OUR MARK MEANS IT MATTERS
At The Moot House, we take pride in the food we serve—and it all starts with the ingredients. We choose producers who focus on quality, sustainability, and doing things the right way. Then we bring it all together in our kitchen, where every dish is made with attention to detail and care.
We’re not about shortcuts or mass production.
We’re about honest food, prepared well, and served with purpose.

Fresh Cuts & Fired Up Flavor
We take pride in handling every steak ourselves—from hand-cutting fresh 1855 Upper 2/3 Black Angus right in our kitchen to grilling each one just the way you like it.
Wet-aged for 21 days to build bold flavor and tenderness, these steaks get the attention they deserve from our skilled team. It’s not just about cooking meat—it’s about respecting it, knowing how to bring out the best in every cut.
Sustainably raised and skillfully grilled.
Wild-caught. Pub classic.
We build our fish and chips around quality you can taste—starting with wild-caught cod sourced from the cold, clean waters of Alaska. It’s processed quickly and carefully by trusted partners at UniSea, who’ve been doing it right for decades.
We keep it simple after that: a light, golden batter, crisp fries, and house-made tartar.
Fresh, flaky cod, fried to order and served hot.
We Cook Like We Mean It.
At The Moot House, we don’t just cook—we prep, slice, roast, stir, and grill everything right here in our kitchen. From the house-made dressings to the hand-cut steaks and scratch-made soups, we believe doing it ourselves is the best way to do it right.
It takes more time, more effort, and a few extra pans in the sink—but it’s worth it for food that’s honest, flavorful, and made with care.
Real ingredients. (Moot)House-made flavor.
TAP INTO FLAVOR
At The Moot House, we take our beer list as seriously as our food – 30 taps, thoughtfully chosen, with a strong pour of Colorado pride. Most of what we serve is brewed right here in the state, from bold IPAs to crisp lagers and everything in between.
Our team knows their way around a tap list and can help you find the perfect pour to match your meal—whether you’re diving into a ribeye or snacking on house-made pretzels.
Local flavor, right down to what’s in your glass.
